# Managing customer access
This section describes how you will be able to manage your customer users who have access to the customer portal
## Viewing customer users who have access to the customer portal
Go to the Customers menu -> click on the Access button next to each customer to see the users who have access to that particular customer.
In the screenshot below, you can see all the users who have access to a particular customer's portal.
You can also remove a user's access by clicking the Delete button next to their email id.
## Providing existing user access to another customer account
Search for the customer in the Customers view and click on the Access button next to the customer. Click on the 'Link Existing user' button and provide the login email ID of the existing user.
