CC Processing fees sync

Follow the below steps to add a "processing fees" item in Netsuite. Ensure that the Item ID for processing fee item is setup for your account to sync processing fees automatically charged for Credit card transactions

The item ID listed in the URL (see below highlighted) needs to be added to the application to allow "CC processing fees" to be synced back to Netsuite
